Need an effective way to communicate with team members? Try ProjectFile's Team Mail feature. Select all or just a few project members to email important project news to everyone simultaneously. You can also send a copy to the project's email account to include the message in the project history. ProjectFile also has a System Email feature for System Administrators to send announcements to all ProjectFile users, such as notice of system maintenance.
