ProjectFile provides several ways to keep sensitive project data secure.
- Assign permissions by user and by roles.
- Assign security to folders.
- Assign "Private User" status to bidders and other users that you want withheld from the user list.
- Publish files to our Content Sealed Format (CSF) with Visual RightsT persistent security controls. CSF is similar to PDF, but our Visual Rights let you expire files; add password protection; disable markup, measurement, printing, and view by layer; and add onscreen and print banners. Distribute CSF files with the free Brava Reader.
- Revoke user permissions at any time.
