Automatic Email Notifications
Real-time project notifications via email let everyone know the instant a file is uploaded, downloaded, versioned or marked up. The user-defined notification dialog allows members to subscribe to new file upload/versions, download, markups and topics/notes, as well as new folders and deletions. Notification options can be set for an individual folder or the entire project. Text messages and attachments can be sent to web-enabled cell phones and other wireless devices.

ProjectFile's Microsoft® Explorer look-and-feel provides familiar navigation of project folders. The unlimited folder structure is customizable for each project.

Workflow And eForms Modules (Optional) Our Workflow and eForms Modules are designed to automate document sharing processes without changing how you manage your project. Create processes for review and approval, document handling, procurement or any task that involves multiple users or data collection. The eForms component  makes it easy to design, deploy and process needed electronic forms for your project.

Markup Tools And Changemarks® Design teams can review and annotate documents, 2D drawings and 3D models without changing the original file. Markups are stored in a separate, associated file. Markup entities are tracked by author and have creation/modified date and time tags. The Changemarks® markup feature guides users straight to each change in a set of documents, ensuring no comments are missed. Users simply select the first Changemarks they wish to view, then click "Next" to cycle through all comments.

Printing And Print Order Module (Optional)
Our Print Order Module lets you easily select individual plans and specs. The print order is automatically submitted, without needing to leave your desk. You can also track who has ordered what plans, ensuring all team members and subcontractors have the most recent revisions. Add configurable banners and watermarks for drawing identification or ISO compliance. Print current view or to scale in either regular or high resolution.
